Job Description

  • Build and manage rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our electronic media (including blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, case studies, webinars, infographics, etc)
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Develop marketing strategies for differing customer segments
  • Log activity and opportunities in internal sales tracking tools
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics on distributions

Qualifications

  • Experience working with social media, specifically Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus
  • Student Mentality – willingness to take direction and learn
  • Ability to provide self-direction to develop and execute weekly and monthly marketing plans
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Education and general understanding of Information Technology concepts
  • Reliable transportation to/from the office on a daily basis

Applied Technology Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and manufacturers. The customer care representative assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other inquiries. The position is located in Middle River, MD.


Job Description

  • Place orders for equipment and services as purchase orders are received from customers
  • Answers incoming customer calls, greeting the customer warmly and ascertaining the reason for the call
  • Resolves issues regarding product problems, delivery issues and general client concerns
  • Forwards sales, service or finance related calls to the appropriate party
  • Resolves customer issues via phone or email
  • Tracks orders through to confirmation and resolves delivery address discrepancies, duplicate orders and other issues
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale

The Account Manager is responsible for managing an array of accounts, achieving high sales targets and developing relationships with their customers. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.

 

Job Description:

  • Prospecting via phone and customer visits throughout the State of Maryland
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; asking questions; understanding account requirements
  • Reports on leads and opportunities in company CRM
  • Meets or exceeds quarterly sales objectives
  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts

Qualifications

  • The ability and motivation to seek, establish, and maintain client relationships
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales or Relationship Management
  • High level of understanding of technology from, both end user computing devices and infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Reseller Market a plus
  • Familiarity with Public Sector ordering requirements a plus
