JOB SUMMARY:


Notifies or locates customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment by performing the following duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for customized billing.
  • Contacts customers to request payment of delinquent accounts.
  • Confers with customers by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment and review terms of sales, service, or work agreement.
  • Notifies appropriate parties if customer fails to respond.
  • Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
  • Sorts and files correspondence.
  • Prepares collections and aging reports.
  • Reviews payments and amounts paid to customer’s account.
  • Researches customer claims of invoice payment and/or discrepancies.
  • Assists with related special projects, as required.
  • Coordinates customer requests for invoice copies, with accounting support staff, as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent
  • One to two years related experience or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

JOB SUMMARY: 


Applied Technology Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and manufacturers. The customer care representative assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Place orders for equipment and services as purchase orders are received from customers
  • Answers incoming customer calls, greeting the customer warmly and ascertaining the reason for the call
  • Resolves issues regarding product problems, delivery issues and general client concerns
  • Forwards sales, service or finance related calls to the appropriate party
  • Resolves customer issues via phone or email
  • Tracks orders through to confirmation and resolves delivery address discrepancies, duplicate orders and other issues
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
  • Ability to be cross trained for other functions to serve as a backup or stand in during periods of high volume

The VP of Sales is someone who will directly support the President of Applied Technology Services and possesses prior success selling IT solutions from the desktop to the Enterprise with experience working at all levels of the customer organization from end users to C-level executives. The successful candidate will excel in pushing deals through the sales cycle and working with partners and vendors on creative solutions to best meet our clients needs. The VP of Sales must have a passion for winning.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing a team of account managers
  • Create, track, and execute sales activity through account management team and inside sales
  • Demonstrated success against targeted sales objectives and quotas
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal employees
  • Deliver engaging presentations in person and over the phone
  • Prepare proposal responses for RFP’s and SOW’s
  • Manage relationships and perform outreach to vendors and potential partners, as appropriate
  • Coordinate internal solutions training for account managers, solutions engineers and inside sales
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technology management issues, including the services and solutions ATS provides
  • Train new sales resources on internal systems, contracts, customers and solutions
